Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the online store operated by Calculator v/Lone H la Cour.

We want customers to shop with confidence. This policy explains our voluntary return arrangements and the statutory rights that may apply to consumers.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

1. 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, we offer eligible customers a voluntary 30-day return period.

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the product should generally:

  • Be in the same condition as when received;

  • Be unused, unworn and undamaged;

  • Include all original accessories, components and manuals;

  • Include the original packaging where reasonably possible; and

  • Be accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation or other valid proof of purchase.

Products that have been materially damaged through misuse, altered, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund under our voluntary return policy.

These conditions do not limit any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any product.

Customer Service:

Email: [Customer Service Email]
Telephone: [Customer Service Phone]

When requesting a return, please provide:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number;

  • The email address used when placing the order;

  • The product you wish to return;

  • The reason for the return; and

  • Photographs or videos where the request concerns a defective, damaged or incorrect product.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable Return Instructions, including the correct return destination and any shipping requirements.

Do not send a product back until you have received our Return Instructions.

Sending a product to an address that has not been confirmed by us may result in delays and may prevent us from identifying or processing your return.

3. Important Information About the Return Address

Our registered business address is:

Calculator v/Lone H la Cour
Asgård 23
3600 Frederikssund
Denmark

However, this registered address is not automatically our return-processing address.

Returns may need to be sent to a warehouse, fulfilment centre or other designated return facility.

Therefore:

  • Do not send a return directly to our registered address unless we specifically instruct you to do so;

  • Contact Customer Service before returning any product;

  • Wait until you receive the correct return address and Return Instructions; and

  • Follow the instructions provided for your particular return.

We cannot guarantee timely processing of products sent to an incorrect or unauthorized return address.

This does not affect any statutory rights available to you.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Contact us promptly if:

  • The product arrives damaged;

  • The product appears defective;

  • You received the wrong product;

  • Parts, components or accessories are missing; or

  • The package shows significant transportation damage.

Please contact:

Email: [Customer Service Email]
Telephone: [Customer Service Phone]

When reporting a problem, please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant;

  • A photograph of the shipping label where relevant; and

  • A video demonstrating the issue where reasonably necessary.

Please keep the product and original packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

After reviewing your claim, the appropriate remedy may include:

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Return;

  • Partial refund; or

  • Full refund,

depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection law.

Where the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming due to an error attributable to us, you will not normally be required to pay reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Products and Exceptions

Certain products may not qualify for voluntary returns or statutory withdrawal where an applicable legal exception exists.

These may include:

  • Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed;

  • Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

  • Sealed audio, video or software products once the seal has been removed;

  • Hazardous materials;

  • Flammable liquids or gases;

  • Gift cards where legally permitted; and

  • Other goods or services excluded under applicable law.

These exclusions do not remove mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, please contact Customer Service before sending it back.

6. Sale and Promotional Products

Products purchased at a discount or during a promotional campaign may still benefit from mandatory consumer rights.

Where we restrict voluntary returns for a specific promotional product, this will not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to obtain a different product, model, size or variation, please contact Customer Service.

Depending on availability, we may ask you to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed because inventory may change.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. EU/EEA 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online or distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the applicable 14-day period expires.

You may contact us at:

Email: [Customer Service Email]
Telephone: [Customer Service Phone]

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising an applicable statutory withdrawal right.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must generally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal, where required by applicable law.

We will provide the appropriate return destination after receiving your withdrawal request.

Do not automatically send withdrawn goods to our registered business address.

9. Handling Products During the Withdrawal Period

When exercising an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, you may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its:

  • Nature;

  • Characteristics; and

  • Functioning.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what would normally be necessary to inspect the product in a physical retail store.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal where such a right applies, although missing or damaged packaging may be relevant to any reduction in value where permitted by law.

10. Exceptions to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where permitted by law, including:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

  • Sealed audio, video or software products once unsealed; and

  • Other goods or services lawfully excluded from withdrawal rights.

These exceptions do not limit rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

11. Return Shipping Costs

EU/EEA Statutory Withdrawal

When you exercise an applicable 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that this responsibility has been properly communicated to you as required by law.

Direct return costs may include:

  • Postage;

  • Courier charges;

  • Appropriate packaging costs; and

  • Other direct shipping expenses.

We recommend using a secure and trackable delivery method and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund has been completed.

Do not send a parcel on a Cash on Delivery, postage-due or freight-collect basis unless we have expressly agreed to this in advance.

Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns

For voluntary returns under our 30-day return policy, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Where a return results from:

  • A defective product;

  • A non-conforming product;

  • Damage occurring before or during delivery;

  • An incorrect product sent by us;

  • Missing components or accessories; or

  • Another confirmed error attributable to us,

we will normally cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Please contact us before shipping such a product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

12. Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return has been approved, we will provide information that may include:

  • The authorized return address;

  • Recipient details;

  • Any applicable return reference number;

  • Packaging requirements;

  • Shipping method guidance; and

  • Information regarding return shipping costs.

Please follow these instructions carefully.

We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return has been confirmed as received.

13. Return Inspection

After receiving a returned product, we may inspect it to verify:

  • The identity of the product;

  • Its condition;

  • Whether relevant components and accessories are included;

  • The reason for the return; and

  • Whether the applicable return requirements have been satisfied.

We will notify you when the return has been reviewed.

Where permitted by applicable law, a reduction may be made from the refund where the product has lost value because of handling beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

14. Refunds Under the EU/EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where you validly exercise an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This generally includes:

  • The purchase price of the withdrawn goods; and

  • The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the relevant order.

If you selected express, expedited or another delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are generally not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost above the standard delivery amount.

The reimbursement will be processed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

For purchases involving physical goods, where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods; or

  • You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

No refund processing fee will be charged for exercising a valid statutory withdrawal right.

15. Refunds Under Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will inspect the returned product after it is received.

If your return is approved, the refund will normally be initiated within 10 business days after approval.

Where possible, the refund will be returned using the original payment method.

Banks, card issuers and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Where the original payment method cannot reasonably be used for the refund, including certain Cash on Delivery transactions, Customer Service may contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

16. Order Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Email: [Customer Service Email]
Telephone: [Customer Service Phone]

If the order has not yet entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, operational cancellation may no longer be possible.

This does not limit any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

17. Lost Return Parcels

We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning a product.

Please keep:

  • Your shipping receipt;

  • Tracking number; and

  • Other proof of shipment

until the return has been completed.

If a voluntary return parcel cannot be located, we may request evidence showing that the product was sent to the authorized return address.

Nothing in this section transfers responsibility to the consumer where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Refund Delays

After we initiate a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If you believe an approved refund has not arrived after a reasonable processing period, please contact:

Email: [Customer Service Email]
Telephone: [Customer Service Phone]

Please provide your order number and relevant transaction information.

Do not send passwords, full payment credentials or other sensitive login information by email.

19. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Our voluntary 30-day return policy provides additional return options and does not replace mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable law gives you more favorable rights than this voluntary policy, the mandatory legal requirements will apply.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time because of:

  • Changes in applicable laws or regulations;

  • Changes to our fulfilment arrangements;

  • Changes to our return-processing facilities;

  • Changes in available payment or shipping methods; or

  • Changes to our business operations.

The current version will be published on our Shopify store.

Any update will not reduce mandatory rights that already apply to an existing purchase.
