This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the shipping, order processing, delivery, tracking and related terms applicable to purchases made through the online store operated by Calculator v/Lone H la Cour.
Please review this policy before placing an order.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. Company Information
The online store is operated by:
Business name: Calculator v/Lone H la Cour
CVR number: 27295304
P-number: 1010035046
Registered address:
Asgård 23

2. Shipping Area
We currently provide delivery services to eligible destinations throughout Europe.
Delivery availability may vary depending on:
-
Destination country or region;
-
Local carrier coverage;
-
Customs or import restrictions;
-
Product availability;
-
Product type;
-
Package size or weight; and
-
Other logistical limitations.
The availability of delivery to your specific address will be shown or confirmed during checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order where delivery to the supplied destination is unavailable, restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we are unable to deliver, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method where necessary.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after they have been successfully submitted and confirmed.
Business days are generally Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer where:
-
Payment information requires verification;
-
The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect;
-
The order contains multiple products;
-
A product is temporarily unavailable;
-
Fraud-prevention or security checks are required;
-
Additional customer information is required; or
-
We are experiencing unusually high order volumes.
Order-processing time is separate from transportation and delivery time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated transportation time for standard deliveries within Europe is generally:
5–7 business days after dispatch
This estimate begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.
For example, the standard timeline may consist of:
Order processing: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates unless a delivery service is expressly described as guaranteed.
Delivery may require additional time for:
-
Remote destinations;
-
Islands;
-
Areas with limited carrier coverage;
-
Customs clearance;
-
Public holidays;
-
Carrier congestion;
-
Severe weather;
-
Border or regulatory inspections; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge will normally be displayed during checkout before the customer places the order.
Where free shipping is offered, this will be indicated on the relevant product page, promotional information or during checkout.
Additional delivery charges may arise in circumstances including:
-
Special or expedited shipping requested by the customer;
-
Redelivery required because of an incorrect or incomplete address;
-
Failure to collect a parcel within the carrier's collection period;
-
Refusal of a parcel without a valid legal reason;
-
Remote-area surcharges; or
-
Other special carrier charges.
Where applicable law requires advance disclosure of an additional charge, the customer will be informed before that charge is applied.
6. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered during checkout, customers may pay for eligible orders when the parcel is delivered.
Cash on Delivery availability may depend on:
-
Destination country;
-
Postal code;
-
Carrier;
-
Product;
-
Order value; and
-
Delivery method.
If Cash on Delivery is not available for a particular order, it will not normally be shown as an available payment method during checkout.
Where COD is selected:
-
Payment is made to the carrier at delivery;
-
The carrier may require payment in cash or another locally accepted method;
-
The exact amount may be required;
-
The recipient may be required to confirm delivery information;
-
Identification may be requested where permitted; and
-
Delivery may fail if payment cannot be collected.
Applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal and consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
7. Order Confirmation
After an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation may be sent to the contact information provided during checkout.
The order confirmation may include:
-
Order number;
-
Products ordered;
-
Order amount;
-
Delivery address;
-
Payment method; and
-
Other relevant order details.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the parcel has been dispatched.
8. Dispatch Confirmation
Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, a dispatch or shipping confirmation may be provided.
Where available, this may contain:
-
Carrier name;
-
Tracking number;
-
Tracking link;
-
Dispatch date; and
-
Other delivery information.
9. Shipment Tracking
Where shipment tracking is available, tracking information may be provided using the contact information supplied when placing the order.
Tracking information may require approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier's system.
In some destinations, the original international tracking number may be replaced by a local carrier tracking number after the parcel enters the destination country.
Customers should retain their:
-
Order confirmation;
-
Tracking number; and
-
Shipping confirmation
until the order has been successfully delivered.
10. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Before placing an order, please verify:
-
Recipient's full name;
-
Street name;
-
House or building number;
-
Apartment or unit number where applicable;
-
Postal code;
-
City;
-
Country;
-
Telephone number entered during checkout; and
-
Email address entered during checkout.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping or redelivery costs where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the delivery failure results from an error attributable to us or our contracted delivery provider.
11. Delivery Attempts
The delivery carrier may make one or more delivery attempts depending on local carrier procedures.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:
-
Attempt delivery again;
-
Contact the recipient;
-
Leave a delivery notice;
-
Deliver the parcel to an authorized collection point;
-
Leave the parcel at a designated location where permitted; or
-
Return the parcel to the sender.
Customers should monitor shipment tracking and collect parcels within any applicable collection period.
12. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected within the carrier's collection period, reasonable return or reshipping costs may apply where permitted by law.
If the customer wishes the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Any statutory rights available to consumers remain unaffected.
13. Refused Parcels
If you no longer wish to receive an order, you should attempt to cancel it before dispatch where possible.
Simply refusing delivery may not be treated in the same way as correctly exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Where a parcel is refused without a valid legal reason, reasonable shipping or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
Where you are exercising a statutory withdrawal right, please follow the procedures set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
14. Delayed Shipments
Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances including:
-
Carrier congestion;
-
Customs processing;
-
Border inspections;
-
Public holidays;
-
Severe weather;
-
Strikes;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Regulatory inspections;
-
Incorrect delivery information;
-
Natural disasters; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If the estimated delivery period has passed, customers should first check available tracking information.
A delivery estimate does not remove any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
15. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
A parcel will not automatically be considered lost immediately after the estimated delivery date has passed.
If you believe a parcel may be lost, please first:
-
Check the tracking information;
-
Confirm the delivery address;
-
Check with household members;
-
Check the building reception or mailroom where applicable;
-
Check any authorized safe location; and
-
Contact the local delivery carrier where appropriate.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost due to circumstances for which we are responsible, an appropriate solution will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
-
A replacement shipment; or
-
A refund.
16. Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a parcel or product arrives damaged, please retain:
-
The damaged product;
-
Outer packaging;
-
Internal packaging;
-
Shipping label; and
-
Other relevant delivery materials.
You may be asked to provide:
-
Order number;
-
Description of the damage;
-
Photographs of the outer packaging;
-
Photograph of the shipping label;
-
Photographs of the damaged product; and
-
Video showing the issue where relevant.
Please do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
If a product is confirmed to have been damaged during delivery, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
17. Incorrect or Missing Products
If an order contains:
-
An incorrect product;
-
Missing products;
-
Missing accessories; or
-
Missing components,
please report the issue promptly through the customer service method available through the online store.
Please retain the packaging and shipping label.
You may be asked to provide:
-
Order number;
-
Description of the issue;
-
Photographs of the parcel;
-
Photographs of all products received; and
-
Photograph of the shipping label.
After reviewing the matter, the available solution may include:
-
Shipping the correct product;
-
Sending missing components;
-
Replacement; or
-
Refund,
depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
18. Customs, VAT and Import Charges
Orders delivered across national borders may be subject to:
-
Customs inspections;
-
Import duties;
-
Value-added tax (VAT);
-
Customs clearance charges;
-
Handling charges; or
-
Other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Where applicable taxes or import charges are included in the price paid at checkout, this will be indicated during the ordering process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed independently by authorities in the destination country.
Such government or customs charges are not necessarily controlled by Calculator v/Lone H la Cour.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country.
Refusing a parcel solely to avoid applicable customs duties or import charges may result in reasonable return costs being deducted from an applicable refund where permitted by law.
19. Customs Delays
Customs authorities may inspect international shipments.
Customs processing times are outside our direct control and may cause delivery to take longer than the estimated period.
Customers may be required to provide additional information to the carrier or customs authorities before a parcel can be released.
Failure to provide information requested by customs authorities may result in delay, return or other consequences under the applicable customs rules.
20. Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.
Where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered as part of our delivery options, different risk-transfer rules may apply in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
21. Returns and Withdrawal Rights
Shipping-related returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.
Where an applicable statutory withdrawal right is exercised:
-
The consumer must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period;
-
The goods must be returned within the legally required period; and
-
The consumer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility has been properly disclosed in advance.
Customers will not normally be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where the return is caused by:
-
A defective product;
-
A product damaged during delivery;
-
An incorrect product;
-
Missing components; or
-
Another confirmed error attributable to us.
Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete return and refund conditions.
22. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.
Such events may include:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Extreme weather;
-
War or civil unrest;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Epidemics;
-
Labor disputes;
-
Customs closures;
-
Carrier interruptions;
-
Telecommunications failures;
-
Transportation network disruptions; or
-
Other similar circumstances.
Where such an event affects an order, reasonable steps will be taken to reduce the disruption where possible.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
23. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
-
Delivery providers;
-
Delivery areas;
-
Estimated delivery times;
-
Shipping costs;
-
Business operations;
-
Applicable legal requirements; or
-
Other logistical procedures.
The current version will be published through the online store with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively reduce mandatory rights connected with orders already accepted.
