Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to our online store.
This online store is operated by Calculator v/Lone H la Cour. In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the words “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the Company” refer to Calculator v/Lone H la Cour.
We provide access to our online store, products, product information, content, features, tools and related customer services. These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
The technical e-commerce infrastructure for our online store is provided by Shopify.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services, including purchases made through our online store.
Our:
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Return and Refund Policy;
-
Shipping and Delivery Policy;
-
Payment Policy; and
-
Other policies displayed through the online store
may also form part of the agreement between you and us where applicable.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.
By visiting the online store, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Danish, European Union or European Economic Area consumer protection law.
2. Company Information
The Services are operated by:
Business name: Calculator v/Lone H la Cour
CVR number: 27295304
P-number: 1010035046
Registered address:
Asgård 23

3. Eligibility to Use the Services
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
By using the Services or placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the applicable legal age required to enter into the transaction.
Where permitted by law, a minor may use the Services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the Services only:
-
For lawful purposes;
-
In accordance with these Terms; and
-
In a way that does not violate the rights of another person.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe that a user:
-
Has materially violated these Terms;
-
Has provided materially false or misleading information;
-
Is using the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
-
Has attempted to compromise the security of the Services; or
-
Creates a material security, legal or operational risk.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Customer Accounts
Certain features of the Services may allow or require you to create a customer account.
When creating an account or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including:
-
Your name;
-
Email address;
-
Telephone number;
-
Billing address;
-
Delivery address;
-
Payment information; and
-
Other information reasonably required to process your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You should not:
-
Share your password with unauthorized persons;
-
Allow another person to misuse your account;
-
Sell or transfer your account; or
-
Attempt to access another customer's account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should take reasonable steps to secure it.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable steps to provide accurate product:
-
Descriptions;
-
Specifications;
-
Prices;
-
Images; and
-
Availability information.
However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly because of:
-
Screen settings;
-
Device displays;
-
Lighting;
-
Photography;
-
Manufacturing variations; or
-
Product updates.
Product images are generally provided for reference and illustration.
We do not guarantee that colors displayed on a particular screen will exactly match the physical product.
We may update product information where reasonably necessary to:
-
Correct an error;
-
Update specifications;
-
Reflect a product improvement;
-
Change a model or version; or
-
Provide more accurate information.
We may also:
-
Introduce new products;
-
Discontinue products;
-
Limit quantities;
-
Restrict availability in certain locations; or
-
Change product specifications where reasonably appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to products that are defective, incorrectly described or otherwise non-conforming.
6. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that product.
A product may become unavailable after it has been added to your cart or after an order has been submitted.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may, where appropriate:
-
Cancel the affected product;
-
Offer an appropriate alternative;
-
Request further instructions from you; or
-
Refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.
7. Placing an Order
Submitting an order through our online store constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation or acknowledgment generally confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
A binding purchase agreement will generally be formed when we:
-
Confirm acceptance of the order;
-
Confirm that the order has been dispatched; or
-
Otherwise clearly confirm acceptance.
You should review carefully before placing an order:
-
Products selected;
-
Quantities;
-
Product variants;
-
Delivery address;
-
Billing information;
-
Payment method; and
-
Total order amount.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, changes or voluntary cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to your purchase.
8. Order Acceptance, Rejection and Cancellation
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable;
-
Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
-
Billing information is materially incorrect;
-
Delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
-
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;
-
An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
-
The order exceeds applicable quantity limits;
-
Delivery to the destination is unavailable; or
-
Processing the order would violate applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method where necessary.
Any cancellation will not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Personal and Household Purchases
Unless otherwise agreed, products purchased through our online store are primarily intended for legitimate personal or household use.
Products must not be purchased through the Services for:
-
Fraudulent transactions;
-
Unlawful resale;
-
Illegal export;
-
Sanctions evasion;
-
Misrepresentation; or
-
Any other unlawful activity.
We may reasonably restrict quantities or refuse transactions where we have legitimate grounds to suspect unlawful or fraudulent activity.
10. Prices
The price payable will generally be the price displayed when you submit your order.
Prices may be changed from time to time.
A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
Where a displayed price is clearly the result of an obvious error, we may contact you before completing the transaction and provide the correct information.
You may then be given the option, where appropriate, to:
-
Proceed at the corrected price; or
-
Cancel the affected purchase.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, coupons or discounts may be subject to additional conditions.
Such conditions may include:
-
Eligibility requirements;
-
Promotional periods;
-
Product exclusions;
-
Minimum order values;
-
Quantity restrictions; or
-
Limits on the number of times an offer may be used.
Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms regarding that particular promotion, the specific promotional conditions will apply to the promotion.
12. Taxes, Customs and Additional Charges
The final charges applicable to an order will be displayed during checkout where reasonably possible.
Cross-border orders may be subject to:
-
VAT;
-
Customs duties;
-
Import taxes;
-
Customs clearance charges;
-
Local administrative charges; or
-
Other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated that such charges are included in the purchase price, customers may be responsible for charges imposed independently by customs or other authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
13. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
By submitting a payment, you confirm that:
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
-
The information provided is accurate; and
-
You authorize the relevant payment provider to process the transaction.
Payments may be processed using Shopify or independent:
-
Payment processors;
-
Banks;
-
Card networks;
-
Payment gateways; or
-
Other payment service providers.
The availability of a payment method may depend on:
-
Country;
-
Currency;
-
Order value;
-
Product;
-
Delivery destination; or
-
Payment provider availability.
We may delay, reject or cancel an order if payment cannot reasonably be verified or authorized.
14. Payment Security
Payment information may be processed directly by independent payment providers.
Customers should never provide account passwords or unnecessary sensitive payment credentials through unsecured communication channels.
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures to protect:
-
Customers;
-
Payment providers;
-
Our online store; and
-
Legitimate transactions.
A transaction may be subject to additional verification where suspicious or inconsistent information is detected.
15. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Any delivery time displayed through the Services should generally be treated as an estimate unless expressly described as guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
-
Carrier delays;
-
Customs inspections;
-
Incorrect delivery information;
-
Severe weather;
-
Public holidays;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Regulatory restrictions;
-
Strikes;
-
Natural disasters; or
-
Other events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for supplying an accurate and complete delivery address.
Where permitted by law, reasonable additional costs resulting directly from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.
16. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
We currently provide a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
This commercial return arrangement is separate from statutory consumer rights.
17. EU/EEA 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers making eligible online or distance purchases in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
Where this statutory withdrawal right applies:
-
The consumer must communicate the decision to withdraw before the applicable deadline;
-
The goods must be returned within the applicable statutory period;
-
The consumer may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning; and
-
The consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility has been properly communicated in advance.
Additional rules and exceptions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
18. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Nothing in our voluntary return policy affects mandatory rights relating to:
-
Defective products;
-
Damaged products;
-
Incorrect products;
-
Missing components; or
-
Products that do not conform to the purchase contract.
Where a return results from a confirmed defect, delivery damage, incorrect product or other error attributable to us, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
19. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be made through the original payment method unless:
-
Another method is agreed;
-
The original method cannot reasonably be used; or
-
Applicable law requires another method.
Refund timing may depend on:
-
The type of return;
-
Payment method;
-
Date the returned goods are received;
-
Date acceptable proof of return is provided; and
-
Processing times of the payment provider.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, reimbursement will be processed within the legally required period.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement for physical goods until:
-
The returned goods have been received; or
-
Acceptable evidence of return has been provided,
whichever occurs first.
20. Intellectual Property
Content made available through the Services may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Protected content may include:
-
Business names;
-
Trade names;
-
Logos;
-
Product names;
-

-
Icons.

Except where permitted by law, you may not, without appropriate authorization:
-

-
Republish it;
-
Distribute it;
-
Sell or commercially exploit it;
-
Remove intellectual property notices;
-
Use it to mislead another person; or
-
Use protected trademarks or branding without permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
21. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Where the Services allow you to submit:
-
Reviews;
-
Comments;
-
Photographs;
-
Videos;
-
Suggestions;
-
Feedback; or
-
Other content,
you retain ownership of content that you lawfully own.
By submitting content through the Services, you grant us, to the extent permitted by law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish and display that content for legitimate purposes including:
-
Operating the Services;
-
Displaying customer reviews;
-
Promoting products;
-
Improving our online store;
-
Responding to feedback; and
-
Marketing our products or Services.
You confirm that content submitted by you:
-
Is owned by you or submitted with appropriate permission;
-
Does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
-
Is not deliberately false or misleading;
-
Is not unlawful;
-
Does not contain malicious software; and
-
Complies with applicable laws.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
22. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our Services may include integrations, applications or tools provided by third parties.
We do not necessarily own or control those third-party services.
Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's:
-
Terms of service;
-
Privacy policy;
-
Security practices; and
-
Other applicable conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by an independent third-party service outside our reasonable control.
23. Third-Party Links
Our online store may contain links to third-party:
-
Websites;
-
Applications;
-
Platforms; or
-
Services.
We do not necessarily control those third parties.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, security, availability or quality of independent third-party content.
When you access an external service, its own terms and privacy practices may apply.
A transaction completed directly with an independent third party is generally between you and that third party.
24. Relationship With Shopify
Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify.
Shopify may provide technical services including:
-
Store hosting;
-
Checkout technology;
-
Payment integrations;
-
Security tools;
-
Store management functionality; and
-
Data processing infrastructure.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered through our online store are sold by Calculator v/Lone H la Cour, not Shopify.
Shopify is not automatically a party to the purchase agreement between you and Calculator v/Lone H la Cour.
Shopify may separately process certain personal information according to its own privacy documentation and applicable law.
25. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Services is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains matters including:
-
What information may be collected;
-
Why information is processed;
-
How information may be shared;
-
How information may be retained;
-
International data transfers;
-
Cookies; and
-
Applicable privacy rights.
Because the online store is hosted through Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may also process information where necessary to provide their services.
26. Errors and Corrections
Information provided through the Services may occasionally contain:
-
Typographical errors;
-
Pricing errors;
-
Incorrect product information;
-
Incorrect availability information;
-
Incorrect delivery estimates; or
-
Other inaccuracies.
We may correct inaccurate information when an error is identified.
Where an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact you and, depending on the circumstances:
-
Provide corrected information;
-
Offer an appropriate alternative; or
-
Cancel the affected transaction and provide the appropriate refund.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
27. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services:
-
For unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
-
To violate applicable laws;
-
To infringe intellectual property rights;
-
To infringe privacy rights;
-
To harass, threaten or abuse another person;
-
To impersonate another person or business;
-
To deliberately provide fraudulent information;
-
To distribute unauthorized spam;
-
To transmit viruses or malicious software;
-
To gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
-
To interfere with website security;
-
To disrupt website performance;
-
To collect personal information unlawfully;
-
To circumvent security controls; or
-
To commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
We may take reasonable measures to investigate and prevent misuse.
Where appropriate, suspected unlawful activity may be reported to competent authorities.
28. Automated Access
Automated software, robots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents or similar technologies must not access or interact with the Services in a way that:
-
Circumvents security measures;
-
Circumvents CAPTCHA systems;
-
Ignores technical access restrictions;
-
Conceals unlawful automated activity;
-
Scrapes protected information without authorization;
-
Accesses customer accounts without authorization;
-
Interferes with website performance; or
-
Otherwise violates these Terms.
We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent automated activity that creates security, privacy, operational or intellectual property risks.
29. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary because:
-
These Terms have been materially breached;
-
Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;
-
A valid payment obligation remains unpaid;
-
Website or account security has been threatened;
-
An account presents a material risk to customers or third parties; or
-
We are required to do so by law.
Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, notice may be provided before suspension or termination.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions concerning matters such as:
-
Intellectual property;
-
Privacy;
-
Liability; and
-
Disputes
may continue to apply after termination where appropriate.
30. Service Availability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of the Services.
However, we cannot guarantee that the online store will always be:
-
Uninterrupted;
-
Completely free from technical faults;
-
Compatible with every browser or device;
-
Completely secure; or
-
Free from temporary errors.
The Services may occasionally be interrupted for:
-
Maintenance;
-
Security updates;
-
Technical changes;
-
Network failures; or
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes:
-
Mandatory product guarantees;
-
Statutory conformity rights;
-
Rights relating to defective goods;
-
Rights relating to misleading product descriptions; or
-
Other mandatory consumer rights.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
Depending on the circumstances, such losses may include:
-
Loss of profit;
-
Loss of revenue;
-
Loss of business opportunity;
-
Loss of data; or
-
Other indirect commercial loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This includes, where applicable, liability for:
-
Fraud;
-
Fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
Intentional misconduct;
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
Gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be restricted;
-
Mandatory product liability;
-
Violation of non-waivable consumer rights; or
-
Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
32. Your Responsibility for Breaches
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses resulting directly from:
-
Your unlawful use of the Services;
-
A material breach of these Terms;
-
Your unlawful infringement of another person's rights; or
-
Content submitted by you without the necessary rights or authorization.
You will not be responsible for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
33. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, subject to mandatory consumer law.
Such circumstances may include:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Extreme weather;
-
War;
-
Civil unrest;
-
Government action;
-
Epidemics;
-
Strikes;
-
Transportation disruption;
-
Telecommunications failures;
-
Power outages;
-
Customs restrictions; or
-
Major failures of third-party infrastructure.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its impact.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Where necessary, the invalid or unenforceable portion will be separated from the remaining Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
35. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to exercise a right under these Terms, this does not automatically mean that we have waived that right.
Any waiver applies only to the specific matter to which it relates.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases made through the online store.
Such policies may include:
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Return and Refund Policy;
-
Shipping and Delivery Policy;
-
Payment Policy; and
-
Other policies applicable to a particular transaction.
Nothing in this section excludes information or terms that legally form part of a consumer purchase contract.
37. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
You may not transfer contractual obligations arising under these Terms to another person without our approval, except where applicable law permits such a transfer.
We may transfer relevant business rights and obligations as part of a legitimate:
-
Business sale;
-
Restructuring;
-
Merger; or
-
Transfer of business assets.
Any such transfer will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
38. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through the online store are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
39. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises concerning:
-
An order;
-
A product;
-
A payment;
-
A refund;
-
A return; or
-
The Services,
we encourage customers to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with us.
Written correspondence may be sent to:
Calculator v/Lone H la Cour
Asgård 23
3600 Frederikssund
Denmark
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, a consumer may have the right to submit the dispute to:
-
An appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body; or
-
A competent court.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive the right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
40. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
-
Changes to the Services;
-
Changes in business practices;
-
Changes in technology;
-
Security developments;
-
Legal or regulatory requirements; or
-
Other legitimate operational changes.
The latest version will be published through our online store together with an updated revision date.
Where legally required, appropriate notice will be provided before a material change takes effect.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights connected with purchases already completed.
41. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to:
-
Exclude mandatory statutory rights;
-
Reduce statutory remedies;
-
Remove applicable product guarantees;
-
Restrict lawful withdrawal rights; or
-
Prevent customers from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
